Protection of Personal Information
In accordance with the Regulation No. 101/2000 on protection of personal information (GDPR), the Live City s. r. o. guarantees privacy of personal data of customers. They will be prevented from unauthorized transmissions to third parties and other misuse.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Bookings for specific date must be made at least one month before the expiry of the voucher at info@LiveCity.cz or tel: +420 778 091 222. Bookings will be always confirmed in writing by the organizer.
In the event that the customer does not participate at the concert in a specific date confirmed by the organizers in writing, there can be no financial or any other substitute. Organizer reserves a right to make any changes in the program, performers and date and time.
Cancelation by the Customer
All fully paid and confirmed bookings are subject to non-cancellation and are non-refundable. Ticket dates must be changed minimum 2 working days prior to the original concert date (subject to availability and further agreement with Live City s.r.o. at info@livecity.cz or tel. +420 778 091 222). No refund policy applicable, in case of customer not attending an event on the original or a rescheduled date. Organizer reserves a right to make any changes in the program, performers and date and time.
Claims and Concert Cancellation
Claims must always be submitted to the dealer where the tickets were purchased. In the event of cancellation, one must claim ticket refund at the point of sale, where the ticket was purchased. Tickets purchased online at www.LiveCity.cz will be refunded via bank transfer to the bank account used for purchase. Any questions should be addressed to info@livecity.cz.
Contract
Unless the parties agree otherwise, the Contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment the Customer makes a booking, followed by an immediate payment in full (through our secure online payment gateway) and Live City s.r.o. sends an E-ticket via email as a confirmation of the booked services.
Payment Terms
Credit card payments are accepted for online bookings only through our secure payment gateway at www.LiveCity.cz. The rates offered online reflect all current promotions. Any new special promotions are not applicable on an existing e-ticket.
Other
Live City s. r. o. is not responsible for any injuries, illness or death, damage or loss of personal belongings caused to the Customer.
Closure
Contractual relationship between the Customer and Live City s. r. o. abide by the Czech law. In case of divergence between the language versions, the Czech version shall prevail. These business terms are effective from September 1, 2019 and overrule any previous general business terms.
